SOLEO is a leader in deploying solutions for service providers in a hosted (cloud-based) service configuration. We utilize robust call processing and networking components to ensure a reliable, secure and high performance service. We deploy the infrastructure at geographically diverse, carrier-neutral data centers. These data centers supply the power, cooling, floor space, back-up power generators, security and alternative communications facilities that are needed to house some of the most sophisticated and demanding carrier-grade applications in use today.

Scale capacity on demand

We configure each data center with diverse communication facilities to establish a redundant interconnection to the service provider’s facilities and between each data center. Daily and immediate data updates are applied consistently across both sites to maintain synchronization. Transactions are load-balanced across the facilities to maintain optimal response time and the ability to scale capacity on demand. SOLEO maintains constant monitoring of the infrastructure and data communication facilities, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, to ensure that our service level agreements are maintained.
