Soleo Communications Joins HP Developer & Solution Partner Program

Fairport, New York – Soleo Communications, a leading provider of carrier-grade solutions for information service providers, today announced it has become a member of the HP Developer & Solution Partner Program (DSPP). As a member of this program, Soleo will work closely with HP to develop and support application software solutions to service customers in the telecommunications market sector.
