Soleo Communications Granted U.S. Patent Number 7,302,263 for Interactive Wireless Voice and Data Services

This method permits mobile users to transition seamlessly across media and protocol types in a single interactive session, thus allowing for the delivery of rich and complex information services in the rapidly emerging mobile local search market. This will greatly facilitate the ability of mobile carriers and service providers to offer a range of voice- and text-based search services that utilize rich content, speech recognition, text-to-speech, and live agents within a single user’s session, both dramatically improving the user experience while maintaining complete session context.
